REMARKABLE™ is a framework for examination.

As an evaluative tool

When deployed in its entirety, the framework is a 25-point, weighted system of 10 interconnected components. These take qualitative information around event sentiment and convert it into a numerical score.

The findings are complementary to emergent data (neurological, biometric), and traditional metrics (revenue, sales conversions, attendance, subscribers, press, user-generated content, social shares).

The framework adds insight to other metrics by providing emotional scope and behavioral context.

As a diagnostic tool

The framework can also be applied as a diagnostic tool.

Presenting defined, consistent, shared language, it’s a model for noticing and articulating feelings. It can identify the specific nature of an experience and assess its performance.

Its 10 components can be used to identify and clarify which ones are critical for an experience. These become design drivers that align with KPIs and desired business outcomes.
